Order Issues

I’M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER.

We sincerely regred to learn that a package you have received is not as you ordred and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible with the following information to help speed up our solving the issue for you:

1. Order number (found on your order confirmation or in your account)

2. SKU# of the missing product

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If an item has been damaged during transit, Occasionally Speaking will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, with the provision of photographic documentation of order damages.

 

Please contact us with your order details within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be in touch with next steps.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped.
