CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not been already processed.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

 

If you are using an Occasionally Speaking Gift Card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping in the state of Michigan.

 

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Please be sure to check that the information entered is accurate and that the billing address being used exactly matches the billing address tied to your form of payment. If you contine to have difficulties, please contact us, or contact your credit card bank regarding the issue.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?

Promotional codes will be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste the code in the ‘Promo Code’ field during check out, and click ‘Apply’.

 

Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, and do not apply to gift cards.

 

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS OR CORPORATE GIFTS?

Yes! We’re happy to accomodate a request for special pricing on larger orders. Please contact us for additional information.
