HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped.
For customers who created an account, tracking information may also be access from within the Order History section of your account.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $70 to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $70, international orders, expedited shipping will be calculated based on the order total, weight and destination address.
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated based on order total and weight, regardless of the order value.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Three Oaks, Michigan Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 24-hours of receipt.
Orders generally arrive within 4-6 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (i.e., severe weather) that are beyond the control of Occasionally Speaking.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Complimentary shipping is offered by way of USPS ground service. Two-day, overnight and Saturday delivery is available for an additional cost. Simply select the service you’d like during check out.
Cut off time for expedited shipping is 12PM EST.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We offer FedEx international shipping to most destinations across the world. Simply select your destination country during check out. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot gaurantee transit times due to unforseen delays in customs.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES?
Definitely! Just enter your address during check out and we’ll take care of the rest.
CAN I PURCHASE OCCASIONALLY SPEAKING GREETING CARDS IN PERSON?
Our cards are available at fine stationery and gift stores around the world, as well as at many Whole Foods Market, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and Paper Source locations.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We don't accept returns on products ordered through our website unless they arrive damaged during transit. Items purchased at a retail location should be returned to the original place of purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If an item has been damaged during transit, Occasionally Speaking will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, with the provision of photographic documentation of order damages.
